Help, and how to reach us.

Write to hello@getdouding.app about anything — a bug, a reading that looks wrong, a phrase you think we’ve got the register of wrong. The answers below cover what people ask most.
Restoring a purchase
In 豆丁, open 益 and tap 恢复购买 · Restore purchases. The same button is on every 会员 screen. Make sure the device is signed in to the Apple Account you subscribed with — that account is the only thing your subscription is tied to, because 豆丁 has no account of its own.
Cancelling or changing your plan
Apple manages the subscription, so you cancel or switch between monthly and yearly in Settings → your name → Subscriptions. In 豆丁 you can get there from 益 → 管理 · Manage.
To avoid the next charge, cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. The same goes for the two-week free trial: cancel at least a day before it ends and you are never charged.
What’s free, and what 会员 adds
- ·Free, for good: 今日 — the day’s idiom, its verse and its short passage, and the full screens behind each — plus your streak, the counts in 益, and the log of phrases you’ve said out loud.
- ·会员: search, the lists by situation and by era in 寻, and everything in 藏 from before the last seven days you opened 今日. US$4.99 a month or US$29.99 a year, both with a two-week free trial; the App Store shows the price in your currency.
I changed phones — where’s my history?
Your reading history, streak and said-it log live only on the device where you made them. 豆丁 1.0 doesn’t sync between devices, so a fresh install on a new iPhone or iPad starts empty.
The exception is moving your whole device: restoring a new phone from an iCloud or computer backup of the old one, or transferring with Quick Start, carries 豆丁’s data across along with every other app’s. Your subscription restores on any device signed in to the same Apple Account, whatever happened to the history.
Asking for a refund
Apple takes the payment, so refunds go through Apple: sign in at reportaproblem.apple.com, find the 豆丁 charge and choose Request a refund. We can’t issue one ourselves — but if the app let you down, tell us what happened. It’s usually a bug worth fixing.
Privacy
豆丁 has no account and no analytics, and sends nothing about you anywhere. The privacy notice has the detail, and the terms cover the rest.
